NW Fabrics was founded in 2016 by two cousins — Imran Khanji and Irfan Momin — who had both worked in manufacturing since the early 2000s.
We started this company not in search of fame or scale, but with one goal: to provide for our families while building something better for our customers.
We saw firsthand how frustrating it was to deal with suppliers who were slow to respond, full of red tape, or impossible to reach when you needed something fast. So we created NW Fabrics with a simple promise:

We manufacture needle-punched non-woven roll goods, including our flagship Safe-Shield fire-retardant barrier fabric, trusted by mattress manufacturers, HVAC filter suppliers, automotive interior fabricators, and more.
