Who we are

What you send us

When you request a quote, book a call, email, text or call us, we receive what you share: typically your name, company, email address, phone number and the details of the fabric you are asking about. We use it to answer your inquiry, prepare a quote, ship samples and, if you become a customer, to fulfil orders and stay in touch about them. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising lists.

Quote-form submissions are received and stored by our website host (Netlify) so that we can read and respond to them, and are kept in our own customer records afterwards.

Analytics and session recording

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits, pages viewed, outbound clicks and form interactions, and Microsoft Clarity to record how visitors use the pages (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and session replays) and to produce heatmaps. Both services set cookies or similar identifiers and process data about your device and browsing on this site under their own privacy policies: Google’s at policies.google.com/privacy and Microsoft’s at privacy.microsoft.com. We use this information only to understand which pages and content help manufacturers find what they need and to fix parts of the site that do not work.

Clarity masks text typed into form fields by default. If you would rather not be included in analytics, browser settings, ad-blocking extensions and Google’s opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) all work on this site.

Other services on this site

Booking a call uses Calendly, which handles the details you enter there under its own policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. The site is hosted on Netlify, whose servers keep standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and reliability.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep inquiry and customer records for as long as we work with you or reasonably expect to, and for the period business and tax records must be kept. Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you and we will do so unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted here for at least thirty days.
